Who we are
We are an independent pool of experienced entrepreneurs, executives and experts from many different industries. For more than 30 years, our Senior Experts have been passing on experience and know-how to the next generations.
Our currently more than 190 senior experts have personally experienced many tough and challenging situations in their professional careers and can therefore asses and handle business challenges well. A trademark and asset is the network of different players that has grown over the years and the agile collaboration of our experts. With practical management experience and social skills, we provide support in more than 20 languages.
What we do
We advise, provide ideas, actively accompany processes and projects, and offer our networks. Our senior experts are able to recognize many situations, developments and problems at the outset and contribute to their success, as they have usually found a solution themselves in similar situations.
As mentors for company founders, sparring partners for entrepreneurs and as business coaches for executives, we are happy to help in a solution-oriented way we also offer operational support, when hired as project or interim managers.

What sets us apart
We can select the suitable expert from a large pool of different personalities. Our members bring experience from different companies – regarding sizes, structures and industries so they know many constellations.
We are independent and can act fast and flexible. Our customers have a responsible and decisive contact person who will as needed, use the entire “swarm intelligence” of Austrian Senior Experts. Besides professional experience and competence, our members are characterized by reliability, openness, serenity and independence.
Fair fee
As an association, profit maximization is not our top priority. Therefore, we can calculate our fees very fairly.
Some ASEP experts are also active in unpaid volunteer work, such as learning mentors for young people, mentors for apprentices, and supervisors for school leavers.
Our Senior Experts
To be accepted as Senior Experts, each applicant must fulfill certain requirements and qualifications. In the interest of our clients, we make sure that each ASEP member meets these requirements to as this is the only way we can maintain our quality standards. The quality of our work is evaluated on a regular basis.
We are convinced that we can use our competencies and skills to support and complement younger generations in their ambitions and thus make a valuable contribution to the economy and society.
Internationally networked
Austrian Senior Experts Pool is a member of the Confederation of European Senior Experts Services (CESES). This also opens up options for worldwide cooperation for our customers.
We also maintain a lively exchange with our colleagues in neighboring countries. Our customers can also benefit from these contacts and networks.
